About the Role
KP Snacks is looking for a part-time Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor to help shape and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives across our sites. This role sits within a collaborative team, working closely with Operations, Corporate Functions, HR, Health & Safety, and senior leadership. The main focus is on our Ashby, Leominster, and Uttoxeter locations, with some travel to other sites as needed.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and tailored wellbeing initiatives
- Offer expert advice and practical solutions on employee health and wellbeing topics, partnering with HR and line managers
- Review data and trends to shape health initiatives that fit both government guidance and business needs
- Support Employee Relations and business changes through effective consultation and communication
- Work with HR, Health & Safety, and senior leaders to keep EHW policies and processes up to date

Location
This position is based in Ashby de la Zouch, England, with travel to Leominster, Uttoxeter, and other sites as required.
