If so, this opportunity is for you.Project ManagerIn your role as Project Manager at Resato Hydrogen Technology, you will be responsible for the end-to-end realization of hydrogen refueling stations for clients throughout Europe. From the handover by Sales to the successful delivery and commissioning, you will ensure a structured project organization, clear communication, and an exceptional customer experience.You will manage projects lasting approximately 12 to 18 months and lead multifunctional teams of 6 to 12 professionals across various disciplines, including engineering, IT, operations, installation, commissioning, and product support. You will work from our headquarters in Assen, with regular coordination with international stakeholders and periodic travel across Europe.What Will You Do?PreparationYou will be involved in the full project journey: from preparation to realization and delivery.Develop project plans (scope, timeline, resources, budget, and risks)Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teamsOrganize kick-off meetings and establish clear agreements and methodologiesCoordinate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholdersRealizationMonitor timelines, budgets, and qualityIdentify and manage risks and bottlenecksEnsure timely and complete delivery of hydrogen refueling stationsDocument progress, decisions, and project documentationCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementLead weekly progress meetings with the Customer Delivery TeamOrganize monthly progress and alignment meetings with stakeholdersMaintain close relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
