Key Responsibilities Develop new customer relationships and maintain long-term partnerships throughout Atlanta and surrounding regions. Work with decision-makers to support the procurement of entry doors and related products and services. Grow sales with owners and managers of commercial and industrial buildings, educational institutions (colleges and K-12), municipalities, and healthcare facilities. Prepare detailed proposals for each project, managing the process from initial contact through closing. Use Windows-based programs and sales tools to support daily work. Meet or exceed established sales and gross profit goals. Provide accurate and timely estimates and proposals. Maintain up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in business-to-business sales with commercial accounts involved in new construction or retrofits. Experience with mechanical products is also valued. Valid Driver’s License required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with mechanical systems.
