In this pivotal role, you will conduct in-depth facility assessments for various types of buildings, catering to both current owners and prospective buyers. You will oversee and coordinate the entire assessment process, from the initial client consultation to final approval. Your responsibilities will include managing the necessary resources to evaluate properties thoroughly and delivering comprehensive facility assessments that align with client expectations and ASTM standards, including cost estimates and timelines for recommended improvements. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert insights on facility conditions and necessary repairs.
We are seeking a candidate with a robust understanding of all building systems and components, along with extensive experience in condition assessments. The ideal applicant will possess at least five years of full-time assessment experience, delivering high-quality reports across all systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a strong commitment to client service are essential.
