Role Overview The Salesforce Technical Architect will manage a complex Salesforce ecosystem that includes Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, e-Commerce, and integrations with Microsoft D365. This position shapes architectural standards, mentors developers, and influences the direction of a platform central to Axon's mission. Location and Office Schedule Location: Hybrid from one of Axon's US offices (Atlanta, Georgia, United States) In-office expectations: 4 days per week (Tuesday through Friday) What You Will Do Define and oversee Salesforce technical architecture, setting standards for design patterns, data modeling, integration strategies, and platform security. Lead architecture reviews for new features, integrations, and modifications to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Manage integration strategies between Salesforce, Microsoft D365, revenue systems, and other enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven methods. Implement and maintain coding standards, DevOps practices, and release management protocols. Work closely with Business Analysts, Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver effective solutions.
