Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technology sectors is preferred, with a mix of smaller (<$2M), medium ($2M - $50M), and large (> $50M) capital projects.At least 4 years of direct design experience in architecture, structural engineering, MEP, or civil/site disciplines.Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, including technical experts and representatives from manufacturing, facilities, and construction.Strong understanding of project scheduling and capital project budgeting, with a successful track record in adhering to timelines and financial parameters.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of transitioning from detailed analysis to high-level strategic thinking, and skilled in conflict resolution.Professional licensure (PE/RA) in relevant technical fields is preferred but not mandatory.Experience as a consulting engineer/architect or as an owner is advantageous.Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt, embracing innovative approaches and solutions.
