You will ensure effective implementation and measure success through thoughtful assessments and evaluations.Responsibilities Deliver compelling educational experiences tailored for internal stakeholders.Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and refine course content, assessments, and evaluations.Evaluate user needs and align course design effectively.Utilize core instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention.Employ our learning management system to facilitate, track, and confirm training completion.Provide training for instructors, managers, learners, and other stakeholders on utilizing learning technologies.Organize and maintain project documentation and course materials.Review, update, and enhance existing training content.Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars.QualificationsExpertise in creating digital learning experiences using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.Proficient in designing and conducting instructor-led training sessions.Strong digital design capabilities utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and HTML.In-depth understanding of data evaluation and assessments.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is preferred.Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training within corporate and manufacturing settings.Proven track record in instructional design and training facilitation.
