Role Overview: JD Edwards ERP Analyst
This operations-focused position centers on the global JD Edwards environment. The JD Edwards ERP Analyst acts as the primary contact for maintaining system integrity, working independently on complex issues and collaborating with international ERP teams to keep EnterpriseOne 9.2 running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations and Security: Serve as Tier 1 and 2 analyst for a global user base. Manage JDE profile maintenance, security setup, and terminations. Experience with All Out Security (AOS) is a plus.
- System Health Monitoring: Oversee JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration. Monitor health check reports and logs to spot and resolve issues proactively. Familiarity with Smart Scheduler is beneficial.
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Use ServiceNow to track incidents, analyze tickets for recurring issues, and recommend lasting solutions.
- Integrity Management: Handle interfaces to and from JD Edwards, review integrity reports, guide users toward resolution, and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
- Financial and Data Integrity: Monitor financial processes and data accuracy, supporting the overall integrity of company systems.
