Reading, analyzing, and applying findings from academic literature will be a regular part of the work. The role offers significant autonomy in a startup environment. The engineer will help shape research directions and influence tool design. Hands-on cleanroom experience is essential, as is a track record of developing nanofabrication recipes from scratch, ideally spanning multiple process steps.
