Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive test plans focusing on user workflows in Chrome, web applications, and real-time messaging environments. Create test scenarios from Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria, with an eye for multi-device and multi-student situations that reflect real classroom dynamics. Accurately identify, reproduce, and document defects while collaborating with developers and stakeholders for timely resolution. Oversee UAT environments, triage issues, and ensure thorough test coverage across platforms (ChromeOS, Windows, Mac) and various school network configurations. Maintain and update defect backlogs using JIRA. Coordinate UAT testing efforts with internal teams, customers, and external partners, gathering feedback from educators and district IT administrators. Generate test metrics and detailed reports to inform improvements. Support production releases and manage the escalation process during support events. Validate real-time features such as screen monitoring, device locking, and messaging for reliability in classroom conditions.
