Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to families in a rapidly growing industry, ensuring an outstanding experience that aligns with our mission.
Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from your home office as a dedicated inside sales representative, adhering to your assigned schedule.
Conduct comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
Inform families about tailored senior care options and help them identify the senior living communities and home care providers that best meet their needs.
Act as the primary point of contact between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing our four-week training program.
Success Factors:
Achieve daily production goals, including inbound and outbound calls, while facilitating referrals to communities and scheduling tours to promote move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor, your ability to empathize with families and deliver an exceptional experience is essential.
