Keep management and the Executive Chef informed of any allergies or concerns that may arise during service to mitigate risks. Finalize all checkout reports at the end of each shift, ensuring they are verified and signed by management. Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Ensure that food orders are plated and served correctly and timely to guests. Assist runners and bussers with expediting and service bar tickets to support all table orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server alley and bar area, including polishing silverware, plates, and glassware as required.
