Join us as a Seasonal Chef de Partie (H/F/X)
We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie for a seasonal contract running from mid-April to the end of October. You will play a crucial role in our culinary team, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Job Conditions
- Seasonal contract – 35 hours per week
- Salary: 1,700 € net per month
- Work in a small team, with opportunities for independent tasks
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and serving meals for groups ranging from 20 to 150 individuals
- Assisting with cocktail dinners
- Coordinating buffets and special events
Note for July/August:
During this quieter period for group events, you may provide additional support at our restaurant, L’Entre Deux, located in the ibis Styles Avignon.
Key Duties:
- Setup and service for group events
- Following instructions from the Chef and Sous-Chef
- Organizing food production processes
- Adhering to hygiene standards
- Ensuring quality of service
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred
- Comfortable working with volume catering
- Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
