You will lead critical programs that drive our product organization, including planning cycles, feature flag management, and visibility reporting.What You’ll DoRevamp product workflows by implementing AI-driven systems to enhance efficiency and transparency across teams.Oversee product planning and release execution, tracking key deliverables and providing stakeholders with clear insights into progress and outcomes.Utilize tools like Linear and Pendo to transform data into actionable insights, guiding decisions and improving customer experiences.Gather and synthesize customer and field feedback, collaborating with product and GTM leadership to define roadmap priorities that deliver measurable customer value.Lead cross-team initiatives such as Demo Days and accessibility enhancements, ensuring seamless coordination with global teams to create scalable impact.Who You Are4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles within a SaaS environment.Strong systems thinking abilities along with a passion for utilizing AI and developing agent-based solutions to optimize efficiency and impact.Demonstrated capability in managing and improving cross-functional processes from planning to launch.Hands-on experience with tools for product usage analysis (Pendo), issue tracking (Jira/Linear), and more.
