About You:
As a Quoting Analyst II, you will be an integral member of our Global Renewal Team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all upcoming renewals from our client base are quoted with precision, aligning expiration dates to enhance the renewal process. You will collaborate with the Renewals team to identify and report any opportunities for refreshes or upgrades that could affect our installed base. Your expertise in business processes and your meticulous attention to detail will empower the team to optimize revenue before maintenance or subscription expiration, significantly reducing the risk of diminishing contract value. By prioritizing accuracy at the outset, we can enhance predictability and successfully secure renewals.
What We’re Looking For:
- You are a Quoting Analyst II with over 4 years of experience in Renewals Quoting Operations. You will support renewal representatives in their daily tasks by taking on administrative responsibilities and facilitating coordination across various functions, playing a key role in scaling our renewal operations and achieving our ambitious growth objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Maximize client retention by collaborating with Renewal Representatives to ensure that renewal quotes are validated and dispatched promptly.
- Guarantee data accuracy, including any modifications from previous renewals, price adjustments, SKU data integrity, and all contractual terms that could affect renewal amounts.
- Oversee a pipeline of upcoming renewals and validate each opportunity/quote in your designated region.
- Review and verify the accuracy of upgrades executed by field and Inside Account teams.
- Identify potential flip, refresh, and upgrade opportunities early within the renewal cycle.
- Extract and analyze extensive data sets to provide insightful analysis on adoption, retention, and expansion, proactively reporting trends and suggesting improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, or the Quote to Cash Process.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
