Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and drive your team to surpass performance goals.
- Develop and sustain accurate forecasts for team performance.
- Recruit, mentor, and train a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Lead initiatives in lead generation, maintain high activity standards, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Support the onboarding of new team members, coaching them towards success.
- Oversee the sales funnel from initial contact to closure, establishing metrics to enhance performance.

- Knowledgeable about SaaS/Cloud solutions and familiar with Salesforce.
