We seek a proactive leader who excels in stakeholder management, possesses a structured approach, and is adept at orchestrating cross-functional teams across various domains including business operations, technology, data, finance, and external vendors.
Experience in retail or e-commerce is advantageous, along with relevant project management certifications, though they are not mandatory.
- Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee the comprehensive delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to stabilization, ensuring timely execution.
- Create and uphold project plans, timelines, risk registers, RAID logs, and communication strategies.
- Guarantee that milestones are achieved within established timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Business, Tech, Data, Operations, Finance, and Vendors.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Engage a diverse array of stakeholders; drive decision-making, alignment, and conflict resolution.
- Serve as the main liaison between business teams, tech teams, and external vendors.
- Lead Steering meetings and working groups, providing clear updates, identifying issues, and outlining next steps.
- Requirements & Change Management
- Collaborate with business users to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements and functional processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams to assess solution designs, integration strategies, and system feasibility.
- Plan for and manage the impacts of changes, ensuring user adoption, training, and communication for a seamless rollout.
- Quality Assurance & UAT
- Supervise test planning, UAT execution, and defect management processes.
- Ensure systems align with business requirements, performance benchmarks, and operational readiness.
- Manage go-live activities, cutover plans, and hypercare support.
- Governance, Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial metrics to management.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance, procurement processes, budgetary controls, and auditing standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation: BRD/FSD, SOW, change requests, decisions, and approvals.
