We are seeking a passionate Merchant Opening Territory Lead who is committed to driving business growth and enhancing merchant satisfaction. Reporting to the Merchant Opening Regional Lead, you will manage the deployment of merchant products and effectively lead a team of merchant openers in a designated area. Your daily responsibilities will encompass meticulous planning, strategic coordination, and the implementation of best practices for merchant onboarding and support.In this position, you will:Supervise a team of field-based merchant openers.Support the merchant strategy in targeted locations across The Gambia, ensuring alignment with quarterly objectives to enhance our operations.Provide daily training, management, and assistance to merchant openers.Monitor individual performance and assist in preparing team reports.Facilitate the onboarding process for significant partners.Follow up on all inquiries routed from the support team in your designated area.Gather feedback from current merchants and prospects regarding their needs, challenges, and technical issues with our products.Assist in evaluating daily openings and below-the-line activities in specific locations.
