Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell our services.
- Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database.
- Expand and strengthen the customer base.
- Meticulously document outbound call histories and customer feedback.
- Ensure ongoing follow-up with customers.
- Analyze competitor offerings and devise effective sales strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Experience: Minimum of 14 months in sales and customer engagement, with a strong ability to learn and adapt rapidly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and supporting sales processes.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to contribute to operational enhancements.

Specialized Knowledge of the Italian Market:
