Your primary responsibilities will involve high-end post-production and retouching of 3D-rendered product images created in Blender, utilizing Adobe Photoshop. You will collaborate directly with our Creative Lead to ensure that all visuals are polished, consistent, and optimized for e-commerce and marketing purposes. This is an in-house position, where you will work closely with our international creative team.This role is ideal for individuals who possess advanced technical skills in Photoshop, along with a keen eye for realism, detail, and visual consistency.

Facilitate the onboarding of external QA resources, ensuring their success and alignment with internal processes. Champion quality by leading through example and conducting hands-on testing throughout the development process. Proactively identify pre-production quality concerns by reviewing design documents and briefs. Conduct pod-specific playtests to collect feedback, effectively track issues, and ensure follow-up actions are executed. Collaborate with Customer Support and the Live Operations team to enhance player satisfaction and address issues promptly.
