THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and energetic On-site RV Sales Executive to join our Barcelona team. This crucial role encompasses managing the complete sales process for our used recreational vehicles (RVs) on-site. The successful candidate will spearhead RV sales at our Barcelona location, responsible for qualifying leads, conducting customer demonstrations, preparing vehicles for sale, and facilitating vehicle handovers after purchase. This role combines sales prowess, operational efficiency, and a customer-centric attitude. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Design and execute local sales strategies to achieve sales objectives. Oversee incoming leads and guide them through the sales funnel to close deals. Prepare vehicles for de-fleet, coordinating MOTs, repairs, cleaning audits, and photography alongside local staff and the asset operations team. Readied vehicles for customer visits and handovers post-sale in collaboration with depot colleagues. Conduct customer demonstrations and manage vehicle handovers. Establish and maintain local partnerships for vehicle photography and third-party condition reports. Organize and host local sales events, such as depot open days. Coordinate with HQ teams to ensure alignment of priorities and quality execution. Keep accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Handle inbound leads similar to an online sales executive.
