About the Role
We are developing seQura’s Smart Agent platform, an advanced intelligent agent system designed to assist shoppers throughout their purchasing journey. This platform integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) for human-like interaction with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) utilizing seQura’s data, web crawling, and structured product information.
This position focuses on the creation of robust, production-ready backend systems that empower these agents to effectively address shopper needs. AI research, data science, or mathematical modeling are not required, as all necessary frameworks are already established.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable backend systems for agent workflows, managing context, state, and interactions.
Safely and efficiently integrate AI agent functionalities with core platforms such as payments, shopper accounts, risk management, and merchant services.
Utilize RAG frameworks and structured data to generate intelligent responses without the need for model fine-tuning.
Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and other teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
