You will champion the localized player experience and drive technology integration—especially AI—into our Localization and LQA processes. Collaborating closely with the Director of Localization, you will guide the development of new features and tools by gathering insights from game teams, defining clear requirements, and prioritizing effectively. You will liaise with our QA Automation team to ensure alignment and focus on solutions that address real challenges for our players and teams. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, adept at managing problems from start to finish, and possesses a forward-thinking mindset that embraces opportunities and potential innovations. You will collaborate with large, diverse teams to navigate the localization journey, resolve Localization and LQA challenges, and occasionally oversee projects that facilitate successful global launches and ongoing live operations. Within the Central Localization Program, you will manage several localization accounts, which may include game teams or other departments at Scopely.
