Be a key player in SumUp’s European sales strategy.
We are on a mission to expand our team of over 1,000 sales representatives across Europe by the end of the year, and we are searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive this initiative. In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, significantly contributing to SumUp's growth through high-volume hiring.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruitment process for field sales representatives in key European markets, encompassing sourcing, offering, and onboarding.
Achieve a target of 18 onboardings per month (or 24 hires) while continuously improving the conversion rate from offer to start.
Enhance the recruitment funnel by establishing efficient, high-conversion processes and utilizing data to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring outcomes.
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines across various regions and languages.
Drive employer branding initiatives by increasing visibility and application flow through targeted branding strategies, sourcing campaigns, and local market insights.
Leverage hiring metrics to scale operations intelligently and discover new opportunities to enhance efficiency and impact.
Act as a catalyst for growth by directly impacting our ability to connect with new customers through the salesforce you help cultivate.
