This role will focus on selling our MES solutions to clients across various discrete manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B software sales, particularly within MES, and demonstrate a successful track record in solution-oriented selling to mid- to large-scale industrial enterprises.Key Responsibilities Achieve and surpass annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at driving MES adoption and growing our customer base. Foster and nurture long-term customer relationships with technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, proposals, and lead commercial negotiations. Collaborate effectively with Presales, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams. Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, particularly in high-tech sectors such as semiconductor and electronics. Provide precise forecasts and reporting, monitor performance against targets, and suggest necessary corrective actions. Represent Critical Manufacturing at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows. Work independently while aligning with the overall company sales strategy. QualificationsEssential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within MES or manufacturing solutions. Proven success in solution selling to discrete manufacturing industries. Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Proficient in articulating and positioning MES value propositions against competitors. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives. Strong presentation and proposal development capabilities.
