As an Account Executive based in Beijing, you will be an integral part of our China team, driving new business development and ensuring client satisfaction in your region. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who excels in both sales and relationship management, responsible for acquiring new clients while also nurturing and expanding our existing accounts.
You will represent Adjust to your clients—strategically guiding them towards success, enhancing their use of our products, and identifying upsell opportunities that foster mutual growth.
Empower Your Potential - Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while meeting quarterly and annual targets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
- Consultatively sell Adjust’s comprehensive suite of solutions, tailoring your approach to diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor client usage patterns and feedback to proactively manage account health and mitigate churn risk.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide valuable insights to the product team based on client feedback and market trends.
- Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).
