As an Associate Account Executive based in Beijing, you will be an integral part of our China team, responsible for spearheading new business development and ensuring ongoing client success in your region. This hybrid position is ideal for individuals who excel in both sales and relationship management, as you will be tasked with acquiring new clients while fostering and growing relationships with existing accounts.
You will represent Adjust to clients, strategically guiding them toward success by enhancing product adoption and uncovering upsell opportunities that contribute to mutual growth.
Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while meeting quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and sustain robust client relationships to boost adoption, satisfaction, and renewal rates.
- Consultatively sell Adjust’s diverse suite of solutions and services, tailoring your presentations to various stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze client usage patterns and feedback to proactively manage account health and minimize churn risk.
- Spot and implement expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product team based on client insights and industry trends.
- Represent Adjust at industry events and collaborate with partners within the mobile ecosystem to enhance our brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data using Salesforce (SFDC).
Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or business development.
