The Customer Success team at Singular serves as the primary point of contact for our most significant and sophisticated customers, managing the post-sales customer journey alongside Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Support teams. In this role, you will oversee customer relationships, collaborate internally with product and marketing teams, and drive product adoption, ensuring that clients maximize the value of the Singular platform. Ultimately, your efforts will ensure that our complex clients continue to renew and enhance their engagement with us. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is deeply passionate about customer success and the utilization of data to achieve impactful results. As a CSM for Strategic Accounts, you will have the unique opportunity to assist some of the world's leading companies in overcoming their most challenging data dilemmas.
