Role overview This part-time IT Onsite Support Engineer position is based in Beijing. What you will do Deliver first- and second-level technical support to internal users on-site. Assess, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently. Log and manage tickets using the incident management system, following ITIL standards. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and mobile devices. Handle standard software installations, updates, and patches for business applications. Create and update documentation for processes, reports, and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with product teams, development, and business departments to enhance service delivery. Requirements Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2–3 years in IT support, service desk, or similar roles. Strong troubleshooting abilities for user and system issues. Organized, independent, and solution-oriented work style. Solid technical and organizational skills. Professional, service-minded attitude toward users. Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a customer focus. Experience working in international and multicultural teams.
