Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive chemistry instruction across all school levels using IGCSE and A-Level frameworks, fostering an engaging learning environment.
- Design lesson plans, develop assessments, and provide insightful feedback on student performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and innovate the school curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and set achievable targets to maximize learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student development.
- Establish safe and supportive classroom environments conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Valid teaching certificate.
- At least two years of teaching experience in chemistry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly salary ranging from 28,000 to 38,000 RMB based on experience and qualifications.
