We are seeking a Senior Growth & Strategic Projects Manager to be the pivotal sales figure for an innovative new product feature that Almedia is launching.
This transformational solution is designed to revolutionize how game developers monetize their users, enabling them to enhance retention and discover new revenue avenues from both existing and newly acquired players. This is more than a sales position; it is an opportunity to influence our go-to-market strategy, develop our sales playbook from scratch, and challenge conventional methods in rewarded monetization.
This role can be located onsite in our Berlin office OR remotely from China or Israel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Hands-On Sales: Take charge of identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with high-volume mobile game publishers, particularly among the top 100 studios by US downloads. This includes cold outreach, pitching, negotiating, and securing signed integrations.
- Build & Own Go-to-Market: Formulate and implement the comprehensive sales strategy, covering market segmentation, target account prioritization, and clearly articulating our unique value proposition in direct sales pitches. You will be accountable for developing and sustaining a robust outbound sales pipeline.
- Strategic Value Communication: Communicate effectively how Almedia’s platform empowers game developers to monetize existing traffic and elevate user engagement through a new revenue stream.
- Collaborate for Product Growth: Partner closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to relay publisher feedback and market insights, continuously refining Almedia’s platform offerings and ensuring successful integrations.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Showcase high conversion efficiency from initial contact to closed-won deals and contribute to scaling our sales processes for future expansion.
