Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements effectively: elicit, verify, and support implementation and deployment;
- Collaborate with developers on designing object models, states, and transitions;
- Create essential project artifacts including Vision & Scope documents, SRS, and Use Cases;
- Monitor development progress with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals;
- Engage in iterative development, providing constructive feedback and adjusting requirements as new needs emerge;
- Perform gap analysis to pinpoint areas for process enhancements and deliver actionable recommendations;
- Ensure that features meet business goals and drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Assist stakeholders in understanding technical limitations and propose viable alternative solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
- Strong grasp of user experience (UX) principles and best practices;
- Experience in creating UI mockups and prototypes;
- Proficient in producing all major types of project artifacts: Vision and Scope documents, SRS;
- Familiar with notations such as UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams for requirement documentation;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- A minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role or similar position;
- Proficient in using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira);
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal), with a minimum proficiency of B2+ for effective communication with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to think systematically and organize complex information clearly;
- Detail-oriented approach;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and experience in agile teams.
Key Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Capability to conduct discussions with native English speakers to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and present artifacts;
- Adept at resolving conflicts through productive communication to ensure project alignment;
- Critical thinking and ability to analyze complex problems.
