Join our dynamic team at IMA Financial Group as a Commercial Account Executive, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our key clients in the Food & Manufacturing sector. As a strategic advisor, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing accounts while also driving new business opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Embody and promote IMA’s core values in all interactions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Oversee the entire renewal process, including policy reviews, strategic planning, loss analyses, and program designs for existing accounts.
- Assist in acquiring new business and establishing new accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients' operations, strategies, and needs year-round.
- Initiate the renewal process by formulating a Game Plan and performing comprehensive policy and document reviews.
- Lead meetings with key stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Develop marketing strategies, assess submissions, and negotiate with underwriters to craft compelling proposals.
- Pursue continuous professional development through education and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
- Manage a portfolio generating between $1 million and $1.3 million in revenue.
- Take a prominent role in managing three or more large and complex client accounts.
- Dedicate 5-10% of your time to supporting producers in securing new business.
