MeBe delivers evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other developmental differences. The team focuses on empowering families, professionals, and communities through education and hands-on training. Services span play-based, research-driven approaches in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Role overview
Behavior Technicians at MeBe work directly with children with autism, providing ABA therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team in Bellevue. This position involves hands-on support, close collaboration with colleagues, and an active role in supporting each child’s development. Both newcomers to the field and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are welcome to apply.
Training and support
- Two weeks of paid training, including preparation for the RBT exam
- Access to a leading ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method
- Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced Supervisors
