This position is categorized as “Hybrid”. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, occasional special projects or urgent client issues may require your onsite expertise. You must be willing to travel to client locations in Seattle and surrounding areas as needed.
As a critical member of our advanced support team, you will navigate complex networking environments, enhance infrastructure performance, and assist clients in tackling critical IT challenges. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ultimate Escalation Point: Act as the senior technical resource for Level 1 and Level 2 help-desk technicians, efficiently resolving complex tickets and mentoring junior staff.
- Advanced Network Management: Troubleshoot, configure, and manage intricate routing, switching, LAN, and WAN environments for a diverse client portfolio.
- Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve high-level system, server, and network outages to ensure maximum uptime and minimal business disruption.
- Strategic Implementation: Assist with deploying, migrating, and upgrading client infrastructure, particularly focusing on networking hardware (firewalls, routers, switches) and cloud integrations.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain thorough documentation of client networks, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate future troubleshooting.
