Role overview The Data Analyst II - Digital Credit position is part of the Credit Operations group, with a focus on Personal Credit. This role supports daily data operations and contributes to broader business analysis within the team. What you will do Process, clean, and transform data using SQL to ensure quality and consistency for ongoing analysis. Support the development of analyses and automations with Python to enhance departmental data processes. Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or similar tools, translating data into clear visualizations for monitoring key indicators. Respond to data requests from the International Products team, assisting with analyses that guide product and business decisions. Create operational and management reports on KPIs and indicators to track business performance. Develop and refine SQL queries to analyze user behavior and experience, and to support financial analysis of products. Conduct data investigations following established guidelines and methodologies.
