- Gain a deep understanding of SMB client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Assist new clients in onboarding and posting their initial job listings.
- Develop organic leads through client referrals and satisfaction.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Apna within your region.
- Collaborate towards achieving weekly and monthly revenue goals.
- Enhance brand visibility by distributing marketing materials and generating buzz in the market.
