Job Title: Product SpecialistLocation: BengaluruQualifications: A college degree is required, with additional qualifications in marketing or sales considered a valuable asset.Roles and Responsibilities:Provide timely assistance regarding product line queries, including 3D models, material information, agency data, product variations, customer spreadsheets, web information, samples, PPAP, pricing, and PCNs.Support pricing on product lines by approving end customer pricing, executing product manager pricing strategies, and managing deals.Conduct basic distribution activities related to product lines, including design registrations.Manage simple MODs and SPOs, handling tasks such as FMLB, voids, color variations, longer tails, and packaging.Maintain typical product manager SAP tasks such as part number loading and sales status updates.Assist with application tooling requests by identifying the correct tools and test plugs.Provide technical briefings to GSM, customers, and distributors on product line FAQs, including current sharing, hot plugging, soldering profiles, and packaging specifications.Escalate significant opportunities to the global product manager.Monitor pricing requests to prevent cascading effects and escalate substantial opportunities to the global PM.Maintain RPM as required.Approve samples according to global PM guidelines.Skills and Competencies:Technical aptitudeStrong communication and presentation skills in EnglishExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable with decision-making processesInterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external partnersSelf-motivated, proactive, and goal-orientedLeadership capabilities combined with tactical management skillsOrganized and forward-thinking with proficient PC skillsProject management skillsThorough understanding of Koch's Market-Based Management philosophyInterest in collaborating with a global teamAdditional Skills:Experience with SAP ModulesProficiency in Microsoft Office
