Job Title: Technical Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing activities including system assembly, software integration, and RMA service support, ensuring timely shipment of customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and documentation requirements throughout project phases.
- Guide the team through development, testing, and implementation phases while effectively reviewing completed work.
- Provide direction and technical expertise for design, development, and systems integration.
- Make swift decisions and solve technical issues to foster an efficient project implementation environment.
- Identify resource and equipment needs, plan capacity efficiently, and manage software and hardware availability.
- Deliver technical training and mentorship to team members as needed.
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and project guidelines.
- Allocate tasks and evaluate team performance.
- Manage project schedules and resources effectively.
- Plan, budget, and report on project progress.
- Present project status and monthly/annual reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and monitor project advancement during regular meetings.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members.
- Perform performance reviews, identify improvement areas, and suggest promotions or salary raises.
- Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance for funds, and plan equipment purchases economically.
- Ensure a productive work environment for project teams, meeting objectives within deadlines.
