Role Overview Gotham Enterprises is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time, remote position based in Kentucky. This telehealth role focuses on supporting individuals, couples, and families as they work through challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier habits. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 per year. What You Will Do Conduct therapy sessions online with individuals, couples, and families. Assess emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns to identify client needs. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client. Guide clients in building communication skills, coping mechanisms, and effective problem-solving strategies. Document each session thoroughly and maintain organized clinical records. Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed. Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing. At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Background in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Strong skills in assessment, communication, and documentation. Comfort working in a remote or telehealth setting.
