Your Role
As an Account Executive, you will lead our expansion into the upper mid-market and enterprise sectors.
Generate New Business: Take ownership of your sales pipeline by proactively identifying leads through targeted outreach, strategic networking, and leveraging your connections.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Navigate complex sales processes from initial discovery to stakeholder engagement (including Operations, Finance, IT, and Customer Experience), demonstrating ROI, managing procurement, and successfully closing deals.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with internal teams to relay customer insights and ensure our product remains the leader in returns management.
Accurate Forecasting: Ensure precise and reliable forecasting of your sales pipeline using our CRM tool (HubSpot).
Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience selling high-value SaaS solutions to retail or fashion companies, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to self-generate a substantial portion of your sales pipeline.
Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Comfortable discussing technical integrations (API, workflows) with senior stakeholders, including CTOs.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC or BANT.
An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, decisive, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce operations, or related post-purchase technologies.
An established professional network within European retailers and logistics providers.
