Role overview
The Business Development Representative collaborates with the EMEA Sales Development Team, Regional Sales Managers, Field Marketing, and the Global Marketing Team. The main focus is to identify and develop new business opportunities, helping drive growth in the region.
What you will do
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted cold outreach, using market research and tailored messaging to uncover needs and generate interest
- Assess customer requirements and connect them with AMCS SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level contacts
- Create structured outreach plans using email, phone, and social media to nurture leads and improve conversions
- Document activities and progress accurately in Salesforce
- Qualify incoming leads using BANT criteria and schedule discovery calls
