The Berlin sales team supports entrepreneurs across the UK and Europe, contributing to a network of over 4 million businesses in more than 30 countries. What you will do Initiate contact with small businesses in Switzerland through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. Develop strong relationships by understanding each client’s needs and showing how SumUp’s products fit those requirements. Present product pitches and live demonstrations to convert interest into new customers. Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals. Monitor performance, meet sales targets, and use feedback and data to improve results. Share insights and contribute to a collaborative sales culture in the office. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, with a strong motivation to learn and grow. Confidence and curiosity, especially when engaging in high-volume outreach (primarily by phone). Interest in problem-solving and supporting others’ success. Motivation to reach targets and deliver results. Positive, team-focused attitude and enthusiasm for celebrating achievements together. Experience in payment technology, SaaS, or hospitality tools is a plus. Benefits Attractive base salary with uncapped commission, allowing increased earnings as targets are met.
