You will orchestrate the design, deployment, and enhancement of automated CRM/email engagements across the supplier lifecycle. Your role involves mapping, crafting, and executing supplier campaigns and programs, utilizing segmentation and CRM capabilities to ensure timely, relevant, and high-impact communications.Collaborating closely with our Senior Lifecycle Manager, you will focus on journey design, campaign operations, messaging frameworks, and performance analytics. Your mission is to provide every supplier with clear, actionable, and targeted communications that drive critical B2B outcomes, without the need to reinvent the wheel.Your MissionJourney and campaign ownership: Design, manage, and optimize onboarding, education, engagement, and retention campaigns through email and CRM channels, adhering to established data structures and frameworks.Segmentation and personalization: Leverage existing data models and segmentation capabilities to create tailored journeys for key supplier cohorts, regions, and categories.Messaging & content execution: Develop, review, and implement campaign messaging that aligns with the supplier lifecycle; collaborate with creative and brand teams as necessary.Campaign operations: Manage campaign setup, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment within CRM systems (e.g., Braze), ensuring precision and timeliness.Performance monitoring and iteration: Track campaign metrics, analyze journey outcomes, and suggest tactical enhancements or tests, partnering with the data/architecture lifecycle manager for broader experimentation.Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with product marketing, commercial operations, regional teams, and, importantly, the CRM architecture/data manager to align supplier communications with data capabilities and business priorities.
