You will be responsible for proactive detection, swift response, and collaborative initiatives to uphold trust and fairness in our marketplace for travelers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring the financial and reputational health of GetYourGuide.Your Responsibilities1. Strategic LeadershipDevelop and expand a centralized Marketplace Integrity function addressing all fraud, abuse, and trust concerns.Serve as the primary contact for all marketplace integrity issues within the organization, establishing a clear vision, priorities, KPIs, and targets.Identify and assess new abuse vectors, driving prioritization with Product, Tech, and Business while leveraging executive support.2. Operational Excellence & CollaborationOversee operational ticket reviews, tactical analysis (pattern detection, dashboards), and incident responses.Collaborate across functions (Product, Legal, Policy, Data) to resolve root causes of abuse and fraud.Facilitate quarterly “Fraud & Abuse Round Tables,” ensuring seamless processes, reporting, and knowledge sharing.Act as the go-to source for best practices in fraud and abuse prevention at GetYourGuide.3. Team Leadership & InnovationRecruit, nurture, and lead high-performing teams (comprising 3 functional teams: 1/Fraud, 2/Marketplace Abuse, 3/Trust & Safety). You will guide leaders by mentoring managers and setting high performance standards.Promote a culture of vigilance, data-driven problem solving, and continuous improvement.
