We tackle a diverse array of challenges and datasets as integral members of cross-functional mission teams. We take ownership of the entire analytics funnel—from exploration and recommendations to impact measurement—and take great pride in the insights we generate. This particular role is situated within our Marketing Analytics team, which aims to optimize our marketing investments towards attracting the most loyal and incremental customers. This is a strategic position focused on resolving cross-channel challenges to accelerate our growth, such as determining effective strategies for enhancing our display and mid-funnel spending while analyzing the behaviors of our repeat audiences. Your Mission Conduct quantitative analyses and develop statistical models to inform marketing strategies. Formulate and advocate for strategic recommendations to our senior marketing leaders. Design and evaluate marketing experiments to inform strategic decision-making. Analyze extensive datasets, derive insights, identify opportunities and issues, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Enhance and manage our marketing measurement tools, including Attribution and Customer Lifetime Value frameworks. Act as a bridge between marketing teams and data engineering teams. Mentor team members on essential skills for this role. Your Toolkit 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence. Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, pyspark). Strong understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Experience in digital and performance marketing analytics.
