Mentor team members on essential skills for this role. Your Toolkit 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence. Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, pyspark). Strong understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Experience in digital and performance marketing analytics.
