This full-time position is ideal for someone eager to collaborate with top consultancies and system integrators while influencing the commercial landscape of enterprise AI.In this role, you will oversee the complete partner lifecycle—from identifying and recruiting promising partners, including boutiques, R/GSIs, and tech partners, to enabling them to effectively sell and implement Langdock solutions. You will manage our partner tiers (Registered, Certified, Specialist, Expert) and ensure operational excellence using tools such as Tolt.Initial 12-Week PlanWeeks 1 to 6: Customer Success & Account Management Foundations:Engage in intensive onboarding, gain product mastery through customer interactions, and shadow customer calls and workshops.Weeks 7 to 8:Delve deep into the Langdock platform and our partner ecosystem, familiarizing yourself with existing partners, our tier structure, and operational tools.Weeks 9 to 11:Begin managing relationships with current partners and initiate the recruitment of new key partners. You will also lead partner enablement sessions and develop joint go-to-market strategies.Week 12 and Beyond:Take full ownership of the partner channel revenue targets, drive co-sell and resell initiatives, manage the partner pipeline, and strategically expand our ecosystem with high-value consultancies and tech partners.
