This is an extraordinary opportunity to join us as we lay the groundwork for our R&D efforts in the region and make a significant impact as we develop the leading customer service AI!What’s the opportunity?We are in search of Senior Product Engineers to become part of our AI Infrastructure team, dedicated to building AI-driven products at Intercom. As a Product Engineer in AI Infrastructure, you will collaborate closely with ML engineers and ML scientists to thoroughly understand our products and tech stack, and identify ways to expedite our development processes.The broader AI team is responsible for conceptualizing new ML features, exploring effective algorithms and technologies, and swiftly deploying prototypes for our customers.Our AI infrastructure is designed to adapt rapidly to new advancements in AI, ensuring that our engineers can deliver high-quality services promptly while maintaining the safety and reliability of our systems.We are passionate about leveraging machine learning technology, from classic supervised models to innovative unsupervised clustering algorithms, and pioneering new applications.
