The Sales Manager for the Norwegian Market at PERGOLUX drives revenue growth by converting both inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers. This position manages the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and serves as a trusted advisor for clients interested in premium outdoor-living solutions. PERGOLUX combines Scandinavian design principles with an international, collaborative culture that values individual ownership.
What you will do
- Engage with qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct sales consultations, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored PERGOLUX solutions.
- Prepare and send quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and reliable forecasting.
- Work closely with the SCAN sales team and Country Manager to expand PERGOLUX’s presence in Norway.
Requirements
- Track record of success in sales, or strong motivation and ability to transition into a sales role.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent Norwegian and professional English skills are required.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine interest in connecting with customers by phone.
- Interest in premium products, outdoor living, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
