Sales Team Lead (m/w/d) - Berlin

Your Role: Collaborator, Strategist & Mentor
You will be the face of Salonkee in Berlin. Your mission is to build a strong team while ensuring we remain close to our customers.
- Team Building & Coaching: You will develop a team of about five talents, leading people, not spreadsheets, through one-on-ones, collaborative training, and genuine feedback.
- Market Presence: You are not an office-based person. You will accompany your team to local appointments, assist with cold outreach, and demonstrate how Salonkee simplifies the daily operations of salon owners through live demos.
- Creating Structure: You will organize your week to ensure your team’s success, closely monitoring CRM data and key metrics to identify areas for adjustment proactively.
- Leading by Example: Initially, you will actively engage in sales, not to break records but to gain a thorough understanding of the market in Berlin.
